UTE-MT MRI enables quantitative detection of exercise-induced microstructural remodeling in tibiotalar joint cartilage. These findings position UTE-MTR as a sensitive biomarker for monitoring early cartilage adaptation and recovery dynamics in response to biomechanical loading.
