Conclusion

Early detection of musculoskeletal TB through imaging modalities like CT and MRI are crucial to prevent long term complications like joint destruction and deformity. Radiologists should be aware of the imaging features of TB in bone and joints for an early diagnostic clue which will lower the morbidity and mortality considerably
