Conclusion

Meninigomas are the most common non-glial tumors and have typical and atypical imaging characteristics.Based on histology and behavioral pattern, they are classified according to the WHO from grade 1 to 3 , depending on agrressiveness and cellular pleomorphism. It is important to emphasize that maningiomas can occur in several rare intracranial and extrcranial locations and must be distinguished from the more common tumors of these regions on imaging. The radiologist must be aware of the divers presentations of meninigomas , as well as their less common locations , especially in meditarenian regions where the less frequent presentation according to western research are often present .
