OHVIRA syndrome is an extremely rare condition that may present with different clinical features. Radiologists must be aware of the specific imaging findings associated with this syndrome and the importance of differentiating it from other urogenital anomalies.
Through the use of advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and ultrasound, clinicians can make informed decisions regarding the best course of treatment for each patient. With proper management, many patients with OHVIRA syndrome can achieve symptom relief, preserve fertility, and improve their quality of life.
