Conclusion

In conclusion, 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters are correlated with MVI in HCC patients, offering a non-invasive technique to predict MVI before LT, and providing insights into disease diagnosis, tumor staging, and tumor distribution heterogeneity, which are vital for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of HCC.
