We aim to present our single center experience of purely fluoroscopically and combined endoscopic and fluoro-guided esophageal stenting procedures in patients with various esophageal pathologies, particularly for palliating dysphagia in those with esophageal, lung, and breast cancer. This presentation will also cover the use of stents in managing complications related to previously mentioned malignancies, such as fistulas, extrinsic obstruction, malignant strictures, anastomotic leaks and dehiscences. Also to emphasize the importance of a multidisciplinary approach, involving collaboration between interventional gastroenetrologist, interventional radiologist and onocologist, guided by a tumor board treatment plan. The goal is to educate attendees on the technical, clinical, and collaborative aspects of esophageal stenting, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through informed decision-making and multidisciplinary care.
