• This guideline is considered as the first guideline that unify the three medical branches responsible for DDH management (radiology, pediatric and orthopedic surgery) to deliver a single guideline aimed to enhance DDH management in Kurdistan region of Iraq by promoting early diagnosis, safe therapies, and optimal practices. DDH is a significant pediatric condition encompasses a range of hip abnormalities, including partial or complete dislocation of the femoral head, acetabular dysplasia, and hip instability ^[1], that requires early diagnosis and effective management to prevent long-term complications.
