1.1. Study Design -This study was designed as a comprehensive review and synthesis of current guidelines for the diagnosis and management of DDH from multiple clinical perspectives and were compiled from three specialists: a pediatrician, a radiologist, and an orthopedic surgeon. The study aimed to integrate these perspectives into a cohesive guideline to enhance the understanding and management of DDH.

1.2. Data Collection :

1.2.1. Literature Review -The initial step in creating the guideline involved conducting an extensive literature review. Academic databases were searched for articles published in the last 20 years. The objective was to consolidate contemporary clinical practices and guidelines that are evidenced-based and endorsed by leading orthopedic associations and experts.

1.2.2. Expert Consultations - To supplement the literature review, consultations were held with pediatric orthopedic surgeons, radiologists, and pediatricians. These experts were selected based on their publications and clinical experience in managing DDH.

1.3. Data Synthesis -The guideline was structured to serve as a practical guide for clinicians. Modification of the data has been applied whenever necessary to adapt to the local community health standards. Information was organized into specific sections such as pediatrician guideline, radiologist guideline, and orthopedic Treatment Algorithms. Each section offers quick insights pertinent to the clinical setting.

1.4. Validation :

1.4.1. Peer Review -To ensure accuracy, the content underwent a peer-review process involving several experienced radiologists and orthopedic surgeons who were not part of the initial consultations.

1.4.2. Pilot Testing -A pilot test of the guideline was conducted in two hospital settings among a group of radiologists and orthopedic surgeons. They were asked to use the guideline while assessing DDH cases and provide feedback on its practicality.

1.5. Ethical Considerations :The study adhered to ethical standards for clinical practice guidline developments and received approval from the institutional review board of the participating hospitals. •
