-The Kurdistan guidelines for DDH management are well-aligned with international standards, incorporating both evidence-based practices and regional considerations. The focus on early diagnosis, structured treatment protocols, and thoughtful integration of cultural factors make this guideline a robust tool for improving DDH outcomes in the region. Development of such guideline was a necessary step; however. It has been adapted to the cultural context and health standard of the local community. Future updates could benefit from incorporating the latest research findings and innovations in DDH management.
