Any extra-axial lesion in breast cancer patients is foremost suspicious for metastasis, however, acknowledging the possibility of meningioma coexistence and knowledge of its typical radiological features is crucial. It determines the patient’s prognosis and directly influences treatment options and therapeutic planning. At the same time, the data potentially underlies the importance of breast cancer screening in patients with meningioma.
