Background

Sarcoidosis is characterized by non-caseating granulomas, primarily affecting the lungs and other organs. Imaging is crucial for diagnosis, with CT, MRI, and PET-CT revealing characteristic findings. Sarcoidosis-like reactions from immune checkpoint inhibitors can mimic sarcoidosis, creating diagnostic challenges. This poster reviews cases of diverse radiological manifestations of sarcoidosis and sarcoidosis-like syndromes.
