The findings from this ongoing experience highlight the need for specialized imaging knowledge in blast injuries, particularly in conflict zones . Ukrainian radiologists have been adapting to an ever-increasing workload and developing innovative solutions to address the challenges presented by blast injuries. The integration of advanced imaging technologies, multidisciplinary care, and continuous education are key factors in improving outcomes for military patients suffering from blast trauma.
