Conclusion

The investigation of the efficacy of injection therapy with polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN) for lateral epicondylitis (LE) has shown promising results. Lee and Park's case series mirrors our exploration into PDRN's role in lateral epicondylitis[4]. This has been demonstrated in studies before their own, by Kang SH et al. and Squadrito F et al. [8,9]. In conclusion, our study suggests that PDRN injection holds promise for effectively reducing pain and improving tendon trophism in lateral epicondylitis. Although encouraging, the results require larger, multicenter studies to validate long-term efficacy and establish PDRN as a standard intervention.
