Methods or Background A retrospective, IRB-approved, controlled study including 120 hips of consecutive patients with symptomatic FAI or hip-dysplasia was performed. Sagittal images of Pelvic CT scans were reviewed for all hips to calculate parameters for sagittal balance (PI, SS and pelvic tilt). Frequency of patients with PI<40°, SS<35° and Frequency types of sacral slope (Type 1-4 according to Roussouly classification) was analysed. The patients were allocated to the following groups: AR(41 hips), hip-dysplasia(47 hips) and hips with cam-FAI with normal acetabular morphology(32 hips, control group).
