Increased SS was associated with hip dysplasia and high anteversion. While increased SS was associated with increased lumbar lordosis. This could help to better understand low back pain. AR was associated with low PI, similar to LPC (lumbo-pelvic-complex) type 1. Patients with FAI and hip dysplasia have different hip-spine relation and sagittal balance.
