To detail the application of MRI in the diagnosis of vulvar cancer and its value in locoregional staging. The vulvar anatomy and MRI findings corresponding to this pathology will be described with a review of the protocol and technique, which will serve to characterise the pathology and assign a stage within the usual classifications (TNM or FIGO).
