Background

A quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted in a city hospital using  questionnaire designed by the author, based on scientific literature. The study involved a total of 170 respondents from 300 nurses employed in this period, with a response rate of 60.6% (n=103). An online survey of nurses was conducted from March to April 2024. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.1.0 software. The χ² test for homogeneity was applied to compare two independent samples, and the Mann-Whitney U test was used for ordinal qualitative data. A significance level of p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.

The study was conducted with the approval of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Bioethics Center, No. BEC2-141.
