DL HASTE demonstrated markedly superior lesion contrast compared to conventional HASTE (p < 0.001), enabled the detection of smaller lesions (p < 0.001), depicted better the connection to the MPD (p = 0.003), as well as facilitating the identification of complex features (p = 0.002) and peripancreatic lymph nodes (p < 0.001).
