A retrospective analysis of all performed computed tomography (CT) angiography scans of the lower limbs at a single tertiary centre between 2018-2019. The Inclusion criteria was the presence of patent Peroneal artery in its entirety. All scans that did not have contrast, or were found to have an occluded Peroneal artery, were otherwise excluded from the study. Patient demographics, CT scan indications, the presence of the described Terminal Peroneal course and the presence of the TPW were all recorded and analysed.
