Though ultrasound remains the primary imaging modality to diagnose PAS disorders, the role of MRI is expanding. The acronym “UTERINE” may help radiologists to easily recall the key features of PAS. The extent and location of myometrial invasion may also be determined on MRI for optimal treatment and surgery.
