Materials and Methods: We prospectively enrolled 36 patients who underwent low dose CTE with HIR and DLR (mild, standard and strong) between February 2023 and September 2023. IBD Patients who underwent histologic evaluation within 2 weeks of CTE were included. The objective and subjective image quality and the imaging features were evaluated by two IBD radiologists. The histologic findings were considered as the reference standard of bowel inflammation. The radiation dose was recorded.
