Conclusion: Low-dose CTE with HIR may compromise image quality and the diagnostic performance of IBD. Conversely, low-dose CTE with DLR can significantly improve image quality compared to low-dose CTE with HIR, while maintaining high diagnostic performance and allowing for substantial dose reduction.
