A narrative literature review was performed to collect current pertinent information on internal hernias, their subtypes, and key radiological features. Concurrently, representative cases were selected from the Radiology Department’s image archive at our hospital, focusing on confirmed internal hernia cases. Images were chosen for their educational value in illustrating identification and classification of various internal hernia types.
