To propose a structured and standardized management strategy for non-mass enhancement (NME) detected on breast MRI by systematically evaluating its imaging characteristics, diagnostic relevance, and correlation with mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT), and histopathological findings from macro-biopsy. This study aims to analyze a cohort of patients with NME, assessing lesion morphology, internal enhancement patterns, and distribution to determine predictive factors for malignancy. By integrating multimodal imaging and histopathological results, we seek to refine the clinical approach to NME, improve diagnostic accuracy, and optimize biopsy indications. Our findings will contribute to establishing evidence-based recommendations for the evaluation and management of NME, ultimately aiding radiologists in distinguishing benign from malignant lesions and reducing unnecessary interventions.
