MRI examinations of the forearm performed between 2010 and 2021 (89 patients, 41 women, 39.3 ± 21.3 years) were reviewed by two radiologists, who evaluated the studies for the presence of the chiasma antebrachii and assessed its length, as well as its distance from the distal radioulnar and elbow joints. In order to verify the image findings in anatomical dissection studies, the forearms of eleven formalin-fixated body donors from the local anatomical institute were additionally assessed.
