Conclusion

Congenital brain malformations are a leading cause of in-utero mortality and postnatal morbidity, and accurate prenatal diagnosis with ultrasound is essential for appropriate management. MRI plays a crucial role in diagnosing these malformations and guiding clinical management. With ongoing advancements in imaging techniques, earlier and more precise detection of these anomalies is possible, improving patient outcomes and enabling better therapeutic planning
