Thus, MSCT (multislice computed tomography) is a highly informative diagnostic method, particularly in 3D reconstruction mode, which clearly visualizes the bone framework of the facial skeleton. This enables accurate diagnosis of micrognathia, a condition often associated with malocclusion and other craniofacial anomalies. Early detection through MSCT can guide effective treatment planning, reducing long-term complications and improving patient outcomes.
