Conclusion

Congenital anomalies of the pulmonary arteries and veins represent a diverse group of conditions, often diagnosed incidentally or due to clinical symptoms. Early recognition through detailed imaging studies, particularly CTA, is crucial for accurate diagnosis and management. Radiologists play a central role in identifying these anomalies, aiding in surgical or interventional planning, and contributing to improved patient outcomes.
