All cases of SVC stenting performed in our center from July 2019 to June 2024 were retrieved. Indications other than malignant SVCO were excluded. Patient demographics, procedural details and outcomes were reviewed.
Technical success was defined as complete coverage of the occlusive lesion with <30% residual stenosis on angiography [1]. Clinical success was defined as subjective relief of SVCO symptoms as documented in clinical notes. Complication was graded according to the CIRSE classification system. Follow up period is defined as the interval from SVC stenting to death or date of last follow-up.
