Cysts of the lower male genitourinary tract represent a relatively uncommon entity that is increasingly found and diagnosed through Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
Although they are generally benign findings, they can be symptomatic and even the cause of infertility. These lesions may also be associated with various genitourinary abnormalities and can be complicated with episodes of recurrent prostatitis and epididymitis.
