Conclusion

Cysts of the lower male genitourinary tract are often incidental findings but can also be clinically relevant and associated with worrisome symptoms and complications.

The diagnosis of these lesions can be challenging.

Radiologists need to be aware of their location, associations and complications and must recognize the imaging features that are associated with complications or malignancy.
