Conclusion

Understanding the patterns of lymphatic spread and the preferred dissemination routes based on tumor type is crucial for radiologists and clinicians engaged in the multidisciplinary management of patients with abdominopelvic neoplasms. This knowledge is vital for accurate staging, therapeutic planning, and prognostic evaluation. Additionally, integrating multimodal imaging techniques, especially PET/CT, improves the detection of both common and rare patterns of lymphatic dissemination.
