This study examines the clinical characteristics, imaging findings, and therapeutic outcomes of anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC). It emphasizes the indispensable role of imaging in diagnosing ATC, evaluating its extent, and guiding treatment strategies. As ATC is one of the most aggressive malignancies with a poor prognosis, this study aims to highlight how imaging modalities contribute to improved clinical management.
