- An observational cross-sectional study was done on forty-five patients with biopsy-proven EC, who underwent MRI for pre-operative surgical planning.
- This study was carried out in the Department of Radio-Diagnosis in collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Pathology at VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, India.
- A sequential approach was followed, as detailed- Fig 1: Showing sequential study approach.
- Various Diffusion and Perfusion (quantitative and semi-quantitiative) parameters were included in the study. Fig 2: MRI parameters used in study.Table 1: Details of Perfusion parameters used.
- Calculated MRI parameters were then correlated with post-operative histopathological type, grade, and stage of the tumor.
