Cases of urogenital melanoma metastasis are rare and have no distinct features on imaging. They are, however, important to identify, as there may be a survival benefit of metastasectomy in metastatic melanoma patients that respond to systemic treatment. Surgical treatment options are variable depending on anatomical location and can range from transurethral resection to penectomy and cystectomy based on the multidisciplinary decision.
