Conclusion

The clinical presentation of fallopian tube disease can be non-specific. Appropriate imaging modality along with pertinent clinical information are key for correct and timely diagnosis. It is also essential that radiologists are familiar with the disease spectrum, and normal and abnormal radiological appearances to ensure appropriate diagnosis and management in both acute and non-acute settings.
