Our radiology escape room has represented an innovative approach to staff training and development, integrating education with play. It has transformed traditional learning into an engaging and immersive experience for radiographers, and we hope to continue this culture of continuous learning and teamwork within our department. 

We have found this activity a fun way to test radiography knowledge, reinforce learning and stimulate discussions amongst radiographers about what they learned, encouraging self and team reflection. The overall impact of the escape room experience on staff has been very positive and rewarding. 

We encourage other departments to consider similar activities for team building and professional development.
