Results

               The SDs of VMI at 70 keV at each tube voltage and CTDIvol level for both small and large focal-spot sizes are presented in Figures 2 and 3. For the small focal-spot size, SDs decreased with increasing tube voltage, ranging from 53.4 to 46.6 at 10 mGy and from 38.2 to 33.6 at 20 mGy. A similar trend was observed for the large focal-spot size, with SDs ranging from 38.2 to 34.5 at 10 mGy and from 27.4 to 24.9 at 20 mGy. The SD ratio was approximately 1.4 across all tube voltages and CTDIvol levels (Table 2).
