From September 2021 through September 2024, a total of 1,623 MRI scans conducted on women were analyzed which determined the different ovarian changes in premenopausal and menopausal women, which were ultrasound detected. The average age was between 1 to 2 years which means that it was a Restring study. The average age of women in the premenopausal period was from 48 to 53 years; from 53 years and older - women in menopause.

The standard programs were followed as part of the MR study protocol include T1I, T2I, T1_fs, T2_fs, CDE. The study was conducted through a United imaging uMR 588 with a 1.5 Tesla magnetic field,2021.
When it becomes difficult to categorize ORADS, the American College of Radiology (ACR) has developed the O-RADS MRI Calculator - a tool that helps differentiate and classify ovarian tumors based on magnetic resonance imaging data.
