Purpose

Narrow resection margins (NRM) are often closely associated with early recurrence (ER) of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) following resection[1-3]. This study aims to evaluate the role of whole-tumor histogram analysis derived from spectral CT iodine maps[4] in predicting ER (< 2 years) in NRM-HCC. çª„切除边缘(NRM)通常与肝细胞癌(HCC)切除后的早期复发(ER)密切相关[1-3]。本研究旨在评估根据能谱CT碘图[4]得出的全肿瘤直方图分析在预测NRM-HCC ER(2年)中的作用。
