Our results indicate that bpMRI scores, f/tPSA and PSAD emerge as independent risk factors exerting influence on the risk of CsPCa. The bpMRI-based predictive model was internally validated and presented in the form of a nomogram. This nomogram has the potential to be used as an alternative tool for biopsy-naive patients who have difficulty undergoing mpMRI examinations, showing a satisfactory predictive value for CsPCa detection. It can provide substantial clinical reference value and help reduce the risk of unnecessary biopsies.
