Results

Results are summarized in table 1

  • Excellent agreement between PCCT and MRI PDFF measurements (ICC: 0.907, 95% CI: 0.865-0.935).
  • Moderate correlation of PCCT-based steatosis grades with biopsy (r=0.65) and CAP (r=0.45).
  • Bland-Altman Plot for fat fractions measured with PCCT and MRI (95% CI: 8.401 to 5.237, mean bias: 0.808)(Figure 2)
  • PCCT threshold of 4.75% achieved 81% sensitivity and 71% specificity for detecting steatosis.
