A comparative analysis was conducted on treatment plans for 10 patients using Novalis IMRT and Halcyon IMRT, VMAT techniques.
In comparing the three plans, 95% target coverage in terms of prescribed dose was highest in Halcyon IMRT and lowest in Halcyon VMAT. Additionally, CI and HI values demonstrated superior outcomes in Halcyon IMRT.

Table 2: Results of target coverage of clinical target volumes (PTV), maximum dose, homogeneity index (HI), and conformity index (CI) for each treatment plan.

The gamma evaluation pass rate of the Delta4 phantom, utilized as a quality assurance tool for the three plans, demonstrated satisfactory values well within the predefined criteria.
