CT pulmonography is among the most common radiological exams in acute settings. Detail reporting and imagining parameters are important in pulmonary embolism management and should not be excluded despite time limit and workload. In these settings it is often necessary to inlude residents in workforce and approve their reports as final depending on the training level, but so far there is no data on this practice. We aimed to investigate whether there is a difference in the assessment of pulmonary arthery thrombus burden between a resident and an experienced radiologist.
