Adrenal lesions represent diverse groups of lesions with overlapping and non-specific imaging findings; A systematic approach of evaluating adrenal lesions is essential and knowledge of characteristic imaging findings, such as the composition, enhancement pattern, calcification, combined with pertinent clinical and biochemical information is the key for  accurately assessing most  of these lesions. Radiologists must be familiar with the imaging techniques and the cross-sectional appearances of various adrenal lesions to interpret the findings correctly and assist the clinicians in the management of these patients.
