Conclusion

Radiologists must be aware of the imaging features of common pediatric biliary pathologies and should simultaneously be acquainted with the rare disorders. Multimodality imaging assessment is a prerequisite to establishing an appropriate management plan. An algorithmic evaluation may assist in establishing diagnosis amongst the various entities
