In the case of Bosniak IIF, III, and IV class, CEUS improves the detection of features that provide a better characterization and categorization of the lesion. Each Bosniak class is linked to a proportion of malignancy that characterizes the management. Although there is no risk of cancer in the first two classes, the BIIF necessitate a follow-up, and a urological consultation is necessary for higher classes.
