Conclusion

Aspergillosis is a fungal infection with a wide range of clinical and radiological manifestations. Its increasing prevalence, particularly among immunocompromised patients, raises the risk of extrapulmonary dissemination. Accurate identification of radiological findings in the appropriate clinical context is essential for early detection, effective management, and timely administration of potentially life-saving treatments.
