Conclusion

Appropriate selection and application of imaging modalities, along with systematic analysis, significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and patient management in CD on one hand and the sustainability of medical imaging on the other hand. MRI and CT can effectively delineate active inflammation from fibrosis and detect complications.
